Mine is a 99 Corolla. You have to take the front bumper off which is pretty easy if you know where all the attachment locations are. I think all bolts were 10 mm.
There is a step by step video of how to take the front bumper off if you search for it on the Internet. Google videos. These lights came with bulb and mounting brackets. I had to use the longer adjustment screws from my older lights to get the right angle. Compare the old and the new carefully so you can get the beam back in the right position. No big deal to swap old adjustment hardware with new. So much brighter at night. Glad I bought these rather than trying to polish old ones every month.
