Everything is included here to replace your cover except for the rubber gasket weather sealant fitting. This will provide a tight weather and moisture seal around the housing. This is critical unless you want water inside your cover. I had about a half inch collecting on the bottom when driving through rain. I partially blame myself for not realizing this until I went to replace cover. As far as I can tell, other OEM outlets do include the gasket now that I have researched this but it's not available for sale separately. Wish I could return this for the complete kit but its already installed.
