I ordered this product and I was thinking that the bulbs had already been in the unit. But when I got the unit it was empty with no bulbs. I returned the Product but it is a fine automotive part and if I had to replace my headlight assembly again I will with Amazon. It is told to me by Ford that I have to replace the complete unit and I have for so long. I have put up to $3000.00 in new headlights because they say the bulbs cannot be replaced that you have to purchase the complete unit at around$950.00 each. Now since I got this unit and it was empty I said to myself if this is empty then you can replace the bulbs without paying that price of $950.00 even if the lens cover gets dull. So I purchase a low beam bulb and my lights work again. Ford will tell you anything to get you to pay the $950 00 and tell you that you cannot replace the lens or any of the bulbs. You have to replace the complete unit and this is a lie. Ford has shafted me out of so much money when my low beam bulb blew out that they say, oh we have to replace the complete unit because it is all in one and enclosed. This is not true to any other customer. The back end pops right off. The starter on the low beam turns towards you towards the motor if you are looking down over it and then just be careful of the plug wire not to snap it. Pull firmly on the low beam bulb and put the other one in just the same. Just watch for the little two silver connectors on the bulb the they line up with the starter when you put the starter back in and press in hard and turn it and it will lock in place. This even though I did not use it but it was an eye opener, I would recommend this product to anyone who has the lenses on the lights fogged out to just get this unit. Take out all your bulbs in the old unit and replace them to the new unit. If I ever need a new unit now for it getting fogged up, I will get this product for sure.
