The part came in the fancy (considering this is an automotive part, not a piece of Jewelry) Mercedes OEM part box. The box is sealed with holographic tape. It arrived in 3 days, and as I said above, the price was 1/3 of the parts dept at my MB dealer. Install is 30 seconds. 1/4 counter clockwise twist with pliers on the engine side metal clips. Slides right out and new one slides right in. 1/4 turn clockwise to lock it. That's it.
