FIT systems' replacement side mirrors for my 2003 Subaru outback were superb!! They arrived in very secure packaging, in perfect condition. They appear identical to the original equipment mirrors on the car, installed easily, and work flawlessly (power mirrors). While the mirrors are heated, my vehicle did not originally have heated mirrors so the two wires for the heater are missing in the harness. This is not a problem - the interface plug is the same for both heated and unheated mirrors and the missing wires simply mean the heater won't work. The mirror itself adjusts up and down and back and forth perfectly. I pursued replacement mirrors from other sources and could not come close to this price (~ $65 per mirror, $130 for the pair). Very pleased! . . . and 1aauto has youtube instructions to make the replacement easy (with the expected effort of removing door panels, unplugging connectors which have stuck together, etc.).
