Mopar Window Regulator w/o Motor Review

I was driving my car and put all 4 windows down about 1/3 of the way to smoke and 5 minutes later, started to put them back up and kick on the air conditioner. Got the back ones up then went for the front, but heard a loud crunch sound and the drivers side window stopped and when I let go of the button, it dropped down about a half inch. I was still driving, but I tried to go up with it a little more and as I pushed the switch up, it continued to drop down and made a horrible grinding noise. I don't know much about windows and can't stand the thought of taking my own door panel apart but I took the car to a friend's house about 40 minutes away and he diagnosed it as the regulator. He was able to get the window back up although it was just moving freely in the door panel at this point so we taped it to the top of the door with some gorilla tape or something like that. I ordered the part on my Amazon app as he was taping up the glass and about 48 hours later(on a Monday evening) the package arrived and the whole window regulator without motor was fully assembled, and was greased up in what I assume was the appropriate places. The next morning, I took it out to homeboy, he took the door apart and replace the part in about 20 minutes, and I was good to go. Great Quality, genuine Mopar replacement part at $35 less than the listed price from Mopar directly. Couldn't have been happier with the seller or the shipping, or the packaging, or the anything; that is unless it had just never happened in the first place, but that is neither there, nor is it anywhere around here, so to speak. ,oh, by the way I got this for a 2008 Dodge Avenger SE 2.4 L 4cyl base model (driver's side door power window).
