Great alignment to OEM fit but I've noticed that mirror wobbles/vibrates while driving, which can be annoying. The mirror does seem to stay positioned where you set it, which is great. Also important to ensure you are swapping like-for-like styles, meaning the mirror you are replacing has the identical functions as this one. My wife's Sienna Ltd mirrors we replaced also had built-in turn signal indicators, puddle lights, auto-dimming. Because of this, the connector didn't match up and I had to cut it off and manually splice the old mirror's connector onto this mirror after figuring out the pin-out configuration (which color wire does what). I did this to avoid paying the Toyota parts department hundreds of dollars to sell me a like-for-like replacement.
