At first I though these didn't work. I carefully wired the red wire to the positive on the battery, the black wire to sheet metal of the engine bay and the white wire to the running lights. The lights didn't work. As a last attempt I reversed the red and black and sure enough they illuminated. touching the white wire to the positive shut them off. I ended up just hooking the red wire to ground and tapped the black wire into the running lights. It seems to work fine this way.

Time will tell how long all 10 LED lights will run. For now they are incredibly bright. The light is a nice white and not too blue. The housing is made really well of metal. I believe the lenses are glass. The wire harness is put together nicely too.

I would have given this 5 stars except for the wiring issue. Hopefully this is due to my lack of understanding how I should have wired them and not wire colors.

CIPA 46251 Chrysler/Dodge OE Style Power Passenger Side Replacement Mirror Review

This was not the same as the mirror I was replacing in that mine was a foldaway and heated, and so the wiring was different.

Also, on my 300M 2004, to replace the mirror you have to really take apart the door, and remove a waterproof cover over the wiring that needs to be replace with an adhesive to restore the seal.

So I opted to just remove the wire from the old mirror and hook up the three necessary wires into the new harness, taping off the useless heater wires.

So, you need a much more expensive mirror for some cars, or rig it, and either way, it is not just a matter of "bolting on the new one" but pretty involved. Still, I did it all in the evening.

I scratched up the side of my car a bit, too, in the process.

Consider carefully whether you want to bite into all this before you get started!

Auto Ventshade 92385 Original Ventvisor, 2 Piece Review

I returned my first order, it arrived in a single, thin box. Even though the factory shrink wrap appeared intact one of the visors was missing the protective film and the alcohol wipes and tiny scuffing sponge were missing. Additionally, the visors were very thin, the tinting was uneven, and one had a milky white crease line across it. The replacement order was shipped immediately upon my complaint, and it arrived double boxed. There was an obvious difference in the quality of the visors (much higher) and all parts were intact.

The leading edge of these visors tuck under the "mirror cap" (not the mirror itself but the black plastic trim at the leading edge of the window) and adhere to the hard rubber window molding on the outside, extending back onto the B-pillar trim. If you have anything other than black B-pillar trim, you most likely will not like these visors. I did need to detail the two sided tape and smooth a couple of edges that had flashing on them.

Overall, they are fine for what they cost and I would recommend them.
