I just installed this on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 2WD. There are four bolts already in the frame - all you have to do is remove these bolts, put the hitch in place, and re-insert the bolts, torquing to the specifications in the directions. I did it by myself but would recommend another person to help hold in place while you insert the bolts. The fit was perfect and it took me about 20 minutes total for installation.
