Welds were OK. Metal looked OK. Drilled holes OK. Cuts looked OK.
The thing I didn't like was alignment of the "metal parts".
The top hitch was not parallel with the bottom hitch. But close. You may not notice.
One of the upright square tubing was not at a true 90 degree angle with the bottom hitch and quite noticeable.
Other words.... workmanship was so so.
