This hitch is extremely well made. It was not that easy to install though. The instructions were not
right for my car. I ended up drilling a couple of holes in the wrong place because of the instructions.
I was however able to get it installed and it is working perfectly. I had to make it fit, so to speak. It is
not perfectly designed for this car (2003 VW Golf). I would rate the hitch a 10 out of 10 if it was a perfect fit.
As it is not, I would rate it an 8 out of 10.
