The only concern is that the lens/reflector combination results in a beam that does not have the same dispersion as an OEM unit. The beam is somewhat more narrow and uneven, which is OK on the driver side (avoids shining in the eyes of oncoming drivers), but would not illuminate the road shoulder as well if on the passenger side.
