I bought this hitch for the wife to carry a bike rack on her 2009 Camry LE.

A word of warning, if you are hoping this hitch isn't a eyesore on your Camry, you will be disappointed. There are some hitches out there that do a good job of "hiding away" on the cars they are installed. This one is not one of them. See included picture.

The hitch mounts very easily and only took me a short time to get mostly installed. I say "mostly" because of an issue that arose with a basically pointless mounting point on the driver's side of the vehicle.

One of the bolts attaches to a nut welded to a thin strip of steel. That nut flexes, twists, and bends at every movement you put on it. Ultimately, the steel strip cracked, so I finished breaking it off and made my own excessively-heavy-duty bracket to replace it. See included picture.

I'm pretty sure I would have been fine not worrying about the missing bolt, since its mounting point was so weak I couldn't see it doing anything to help to start with. I just wanted to be a perfectionist and get all the bolts used, while filling an open threaded hole that otherwise wouldn't have been used.

Great hitch otherwise.
