The product was exactly as described. The instructions were easy to follow. It took about 2 hours to install and required a soldering iron and a crimper, otherwise it came with all the necessary materials. Once installed, it worked perfectly. The only down side is more of a Jeep problem, you have to go to a dealer to have them turn on the tow package. The instructions made it clear that you had to do so, so there was no confusion when we hooked it up and it still didn't work.
