I ordered two of these, and both came damaged. The boxes were in perfect condition and were packed well so I didn't open each box until I was ready to install them and found one of them had the support bracket completely snapped in half and the other one had cracks. I'd already applied a pricey UV/rock shield to the cracked one so I reinforced it with epoxy and used it, but had to send the other one back.

The damage on the one I went back especially was so significant there was NO WAY the box would look as perfect as it did and still have broken it in transit. I suspect some workers at the TYC plant wanted to make quota in a hurry so they tossed parts that failed QA into boxes and shipped them out as good items.

Buyer beware and open all the boxes as soon as you get them, or better yet, buy another brand.

Amazon was EXCELLENT about taking the items back, even though it was beyond the 90 day window. That's the only reason this gets 3 stars instead of one because Amazon customer service went out of their way to make the experience less painful, which I very much appreciated.
